What we hold, and why

If you ask us for a quote
The quote form asks for your name, company, email, phone, the dates, the venue, roughly how many people are coming and what the rooms have to do. We use it to price the work and to talk to you about it. That is all.
If you work for us
Crew have an account in our portal. It holds your name, email, phone and a password you choose, which we store only as a hash and never see. Once you are on the bench it also holds where you are based, how far you travel, your years in the trade, your shirt size, whether you have your own tools, drive, or can lift, and an emergency contact and their phone number.
Please tell the person you name that you have given us their number, and only give it if they are happy for you to. We use it for one thing: to reach somebody if you are hurt on a job.
The assessment
If you take the technical assessment we keep your answers, the score, the positions it granted and a transcript. We also keep the result of the working-style section, which is a preference and not a rating. It sets no level, gates no seat, and is never a reason not to call you. Only administrators can see it.
When you are on a call
We keep which calls you were offered, which you accepted, and the times you clocked on, broke and clocked off. We need that to pay you correctly and to know who was on site.
Who else sees any of it
Our own office staff, according to what their role allows. A client may be sent a call sheet with the names of the crew working their show, and how to reach the person running the room. We do not sell anything to anybody, and we do not use any of it for advertising.
How long we keep it
For as long as you have an account, and afterwards only what we have to keep for tax and employment records. Ask us to delete your account and we will: it removes your profile, your assessment results and your notifications. Records of work you actually did have to stay.
Cookies
One, so that signing in works. Nothing that follows you anywhere else, and no advertising or analytics trackers.
Asking us about your own data
Email bookings@creativecapitalevents.com and ask. We will tell you what we hold and give you a copy, or delete it where we are allowed to.
